DELIVERY

1. With the exception of any special agreement; The products in the Bejor Oy catalog will be served under the agreed conditions from the day of receipt of payment to Bejor Oy. The delivery times indicated may be delayed for logistical reasons of the transport agencies, despite the fact that Bejor Oy is strives to respect them.

2. Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery slip. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the products upon receipt thereof and to expose any exceptions and complaints that may be justified.

3. If the products served do not conform in kind or in quantity to those specified in the delivery note, the Customer must make a complaint within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

4. Deliveries will be made at the expense of the customer, provided that the circumstances which require free delivery do not arise.

The delivery costs are as follows:

Shipments to Spain and Portugal (Peninsula or Balearic Islands): Shipping costs € 8.50, free shipping for orders over € 60
Shipping to Northern European countries (Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Åland Islands, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden): Shipping cost € 15, free shipping for orders over € 70
Delivery to Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Vatican City, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands): Postage 15 €, free delivery for orders over 70 €
Shipping to Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic): Shipping 35 €, delivery free for orders over 150 €
Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira or other regions: request a quote

5. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.

6. The delivery time for peninsula destinations is 48 to 72 working hours after the complete finalization of your order. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the stipulated deadline is 6 to 10 days. For deliveries to other countries of the European Union, the delivery time will be between 72 and 96 working hours after the complete finalization of your order. We will understand these delivery times in working days, Monday to Friday, and for orders placed at Bejor Oy before 1:00 p.m.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date due to a delay of more than 7 days, we will notify you of this circumstance and give you the opportunity to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order. with full refund of the price paid. Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
